About Winery

Odem Mountain Winery, Israel’s northernmost winery, was founded by the Alfasi family. It lies in the northern Golan Heights in the heart of an enchanting and secluded oak forest at an elevation of 1100m above sea level.
Odem’s wines are born out of the cultural worldview of the winemaker, which adheres to the belief that a wine draws it qualities from the climate in which the vines are grown and from the tradition used in its production.

About The Wines

Odem Mountain Winery produces the following wine labels: Volcanic, Har Odem and alfasi.

Volcanic Label – Holds one blend from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from a quality organic vineyard.
Anther dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes.
And since 2007 harvest Two varietal wines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Har Odem Label – Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines, and one blended wine that combines these two varieties produced from the vineyard’s best-quality grapes. During fermentation the wine maximally extracted the grapes’ flavors, colors and aromas and was aged in quality oak barrels for 15 months.

Alfasi Label – The winery finest wine. A blend that combine the top quality of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot barrels in each year. Aged for tow years in barrels and sales only in the winery and Israel duty free.
